ORDER PROCESSING:

At Xenon Boards, we always strive to have your order processed and dispatched within 1 business day. In rare cases, please allow a maximum of up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.

XENONBOARDS.COM will not deal with or provide any services and/or products to sanctioned countries in the country of Poland.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME:

Orders are generally shipped using UPS or DHL. The shipping fee & delivery time will vary based on the country the order is shipped to.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

XENON KITE-BUDDIES & KITE-COUPLE DEAL:

FREE Worldwide shipping for any order of 2 boards or more (complete with Pads&Straps).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN POLAND:

Deliveries within POLAND are charged 5€.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION:

Deliveries to most EU countries are charged 25€. 
Shipping charges may be higher for some EU locations.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING TO MAINLAND UK:

Deliveries to mainland UK are charged 25€.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

The export price of orders placed and shipped outside of the European Union is reduced by 23% VAT. In this case, it is the Purchaser's own responsibility to check and pay for potentially applicable fees/taxes.

SHIPPING TO USA & CANADA:

Deliveries to USA & CANDA are charged 129€.
Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.

IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS, TAXES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Xenon Boards is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend you contact your local government agency to know the customs, fees, duties and taxes for your country.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SERVICES:

You will receive an email with payment confirmation when the online payment is completed. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the card holder’s monthly statement.

COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your order. You have a further 14 days to return the unused item(s) in its original condition and with the packaging intact for a full refund.

For any complaint, refund, return or exchange, please contact us at info@xenonboards.com and expect an answer from us within a maximum of 3 business days.

Please bear in mind that items that are unwanted or ordered in customer error will not be refunded postage costs.

When returning an item, please place a note in the parcel with the following information:

  1. Your complete name
  2. Email
  3. Order/Confirmation number
  4. Reason for return:
    1. Wrong Size
    2. Wrong product was sent
    3. Product is defective (please see Waranty page)
    4. Product was damaged in shipping
    5. Other
  5. Whether you would like to exchange it or return it
  6. What you would like to exchange it to (if making an exchange)

Xenon Boards will not be responsible for any delays in returns and exchanges if this information is not provided and enclosed.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such items.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your property and responsibility until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you or not refund you any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. Please send any items you intend to return in the original packaging.
